Hi, my name is Monea Eskierka and I am looking forward to a fun and developing season. I have been a part of the Smash program, Western WI Spring Seasons, and Somerset Junior High coaching staff for a total of 10 years. I am excited for this opportunity to help develop and encourage young female athletes to participate with confidence. My goal is to bring out each athlete’s unique skill sets and build them together on the court as a team unit. I am committed to teaching young athletes how to be coachable, communicate, be a teammate, build up their skill level, and build a work ethic. Being an athlete takes dedication and hard work, and I want to be the coach that encourages them to grow, learn, and love the game of volleyball. Outside of coaching I love pickle ball, sand volleyball, playing cards, paddle boarding and watching my daughter’s developing volleyball collegiate career.
